GAMEPLAY

  • Teams will be split into group play (round robin format)--to be selected at random--and will play every team in their group.
  • All (6) teams will qualify for the playoffs. Teams will be seeded according to overall record.
  • Tie breakers will be determined by the following: Head-to-Head Record (if applicable), Total Point Differential, Quality of Wins, Coin Flip.
RULES OVERVIEW

  • Games will be played in 10:00 min running quarters.
  • Stop clock in last 1:00 min 2nd qtr., last 2:00 min 4th qtr.
  • Each team will be allowed (4) time-outs per game.
  • Teams may advance the ball after a time-out in 4th qtr and overtime periods but ONLY if they have not moved the ball upon obtaining possession.

  • Gameplay will be initiated by a jump-ball. The team who wins the initial jump-ball will be awarded the ball to begin the 1st and 4th quarters. Their opponent will be awarded the ball to begin the 2nd and 3rd quarters. Any tie-up will be a jump-ball staged in front of the nearest basket.
  • Though this is a fusion of FIBA and NBA rules, goal-tending will NOT be allowed.
